class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De nombreux articles simplifient \u00e0 l'extr\u00eame cette question en disant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote profonde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les deux syst\u00e8mes se comportent presque comme deux philosophies de production diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 plusieurs reprises pour amplifier l'ADN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">\u00c9tape 2 - \u00c9lectrophor\u00e8se sur gel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s l'amplification, les techniciens doivent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pr\u00e9parer le gel d'agarose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ajouter du colorant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>charger manuellement les \u00e9chantillons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>effectuer une \u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visualiser les bandes d'ADN \u00e0 l'aide de la manuellement, la machine contr\u00f4le l'amplification en temps r\u00e9el \u00e0 l'aide de signaux de fluorescence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une sonde agit en quelque sorte de la
